2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 338 of 2023, registered for offence punishable under Sections 302, 304B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., sister of the informant was married with co-accused Yogendra Sahani on 27.06.2022 and after the marriage, all the accused persons including petitioners committed torture and harassment to her for dowry and lastly, on 13.07.2023, all the accused persons committed the murder of sister of informant and concealed her dead-body.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is sister-in-law (tsBkuh) and petitioner no. 2 is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1410 of 2025(8) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 brother-in-law (tsB) of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with affairs of the couple. Thrust of the allegation is against husband of the deceased.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that there is specific allegation in the F.I.R. that these petitioners alongwith husband of deceased committed cruelty and torture with sister of informant and thereafter, committed her murder. It is also alleged that accused persons concealed the dead-body of sister of informant in the house.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
