The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 740 of 2019, registered under Sections 290 of the Indian Penal Code and 37(b) and 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of creating nuisance in drunken state by the petitioner at the Bus Stand, Meethapur, Patna, on 11.11.2019.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82339 of 2019(2) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 740 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, subject to the condition that out of two bailors, one must either be parent or close relative of the petitioner.
