2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 254 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2) and 140(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim girl.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the victim had left her house of her own and there is no allegation against the petitioner, who is the owner of the orchestra, that he has done any illegal act with the victim.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2025.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88437 of 2025(3) dt.19-03-2026 2/2 of the case, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Saran, Chapra/ concerned Court in connection with Panapur P.S.
