====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2025 Heard Mr. Pramod Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Rajendra Singh, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 379 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 127(1), 127(2), 115(2), 109, 74, 352, 308(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.), 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR, as well as, the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.

4. The petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail and the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.989 of 2025(2) dt.05-02-2025 2/2 District Court is directed to consider the regular bail of the petitioner in accordance with law, same day.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
