The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No.121 of 2015/ 13 of 2018 (Bhagwanpur P.S. case No.171 of 2014) registered under Sections 302,120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27/25(1-b)a of the Arms Act, pending in the court of A.D.J. 4th, Kaimur at Bhabua.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1to the present application taking into account that the petitioner is one of the assailants. A report was called for from the Trial Court regarding the stage of the trial. It has been reported that out of 18 charge sheeted witnesses, 7 witnesses have been examined and within a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25446 of 2018(3) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 period of two months the trial is expected to be concluded Considering the accusation and the stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected.
