2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. There is recovery of one country made pistol and one live cartridge from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that the petitioner is accused in three more cases.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3694 of 2025(2) dt.05-02-2025 2/2 as well as the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Buxar/concerned Court below in connection with Buxar (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 167 of 2024 subject to conditions that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Buxar Town Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

(ii) The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and non-cooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
