The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. has stated that she had gone with the petitioner out of her sweet will without informing her family member and she has also performed marriage with the petitioner and she came back on 12.02.2019. Therefore, no case under Section

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85964 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2020 2/2 366(A)/34 of the I.P.C. is made out against the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 14.09.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 251 of 2018.
