JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-10-2018 A supplementary show cause has been filed in compliance of the order dated 05.09.2018. The opposite parties have placed on record the decision of the Transport Department issued by the under Secretary to the Government of Bihar under memo no. 6165 dated 25.09.2018 whereby the admissible consequential benefits being 90 % of the provisional pension has been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid developments subsequent to filing of the contempt application, no further order needs to be passed in the instant contempt proceedings. However, this Court expects that the financial benefits arising out of the said decision would be made
