2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 274 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120B & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Initially the FIR was registered after the recovery of the dead-body of a unknown person subsequently the dead-body was identified and during investigation the petitioner and one more person was seen going along with the deceased thereafter the petitioner was caught and on his statement, the murder weapon has been recovered from his vehicle.

4. Other materials have also come apart from the selfinculpatory statement of the petitioner that he has killed the

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
