2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126, 115 , 118 , 109, 303 , 76, 352 and 3(5) of BNS.

3 . As per F.I.R., on the order of petitioner No. 2, petitioner No. 1 gave farsa blow on the head of informant due to which he sustained injury . Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . There is no allegation of assault against petitioner No. 2.

4. Considering the nature of injury and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.856 of 2025(3) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Motihari East Champaran in connection with Dumariyagat P.S.
