The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. Although the petitioner has been named in this F.I.R. but the petitioner has not inflicted any injury to anyone which is crystal clear from version of the F.I.R. itself, therefore, no specific case of assault is made out against the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 01.10.2019.

Case No. 123 of 2019.
