The petitioner is in custody in connection with S. Trial No. 123 of 2018 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No.352 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2016 approximately 3-4 years as under-trial prisoner.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Danapur in connection with S. Trial No. 123 of 2018 arising out of Maner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83336 of 2019(3) dt.27-05-2020 2/2 P.S. Case No.352 of 2016, due to the circumstance of total lockdown on account of the pandemic of COVID-2019 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall extend full cooperation in conclusion of the trial.
