Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Nasriganj PS Case No.191/19 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 30 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and his family members.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 2nd, Bikramganj, Rohtas (Sasaram) in connection with Nasriganj P.S.Case No.191 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
