No. 53 of 2019, dated 25.5.2019, registered at Police Station Araria Mahila, under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Araria. Learned A.A.G. states that with the completion of investigation and presentation of the challan, the prosecution shall not take any unnecessary adjournment.

In view of the same, counsel for the petitioner does not press the present application, reserving liberty to file a similar application afresh in accordance with law after nine months.
