Petitioner is an accused in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 212 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 25 (1-A)/25(1-AA)/25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.08.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
