The sole petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hathauri P.S. Case No.162 of 2019 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his daughter was married with Mithilesh Mandal 18 years ago but his son-in-law used to pressurize his wife for transferring the lands standing in the name of the informant in his name. Before the occurrence, Mithilesh Mandal ousted his wife from his house. One week prior to the occurrence, Mithilesh Mandal came to the house of informant and took the daughter of the informant to his house. It is alleged that on 09.10.2019, the informant got information that his daughter was killed by her husband and other in-laws. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

The marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with Mithilesh Mandal and the allegation is made against Mithilesh Mandal that he was pressurizing his wife to get the land standing in the name of her father transferred in his name.

Having considered the facts and the fact that the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized 18 years ago with Mithilesh Mandal and Mithilesh Mandal was pressurizing his wife to get the land standing in the name of her father transferred in his name, the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No.162 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
