No. 212 of 2019, dated 1.9.2019, registered at Police Station Rafiganj, Aurangabad, under Sections 401/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application reserving liberty to file a similar application afresh in accordance with law after six months. Permission is granted.
