JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 420, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, he has in custody since 01.04.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the other co-accused has been granted bail by another co-ordinate bench of this court.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than three months and other co-accused has been granted bail, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on
