The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 173 of 2019 arising out of Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 374 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 392 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2019.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the police after investigation submitted charge sheet against the petitioner and others and charges have been framed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 82505 of 2019(3) dt.20-03-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge III, Buxar in connection with Sessions Trial No. 173 of 2019 arising out of Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 374 of 2019.

On release, the petitioner shall tender his services as volunteer to the patients of pandemic Corona virus in Sadar Hospital, Buxar for one month. He is required to report to the Civil Surgeon, Buxar who shall take appropriate action with regard to the services of the petitioner as Volunteer. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) BT/- U T
