2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for wilful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 09.03.2018, passed in CWJC No. 1531 of 2018.

3. A supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos 1 to 4, Annexure-G whereof being letter dated 10.07.2019, discloses that a final decision has been taken

Patna High Court MJC No.1567 of 2018 dt.25-09-2019 2/2 by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits receipt of Rs. 51,83, 292/-, but however, submits that he is entitled to a further amount out of the claim of Rs. 1,10,81,136/-

5. In the above view of the matter, this Court is satisfied that the order of the Court stands complied with.

MCJ No.1567 2018 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authorities, as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
