JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-10-2018 The short grievance of the petitioner is that despite sanction of advance to be paid from the GPF account of the petitioner herein, the same has not been paid till date. The petitioner has annexed office order dated 10.03.2017 issued by the District Programme Officer (Estt.), Saran whereby and whereunder a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- has been sanctioned by way of advance to be given to the petitioner for the purposes of marriage of his daughter. However, it is submitted that till date, the same has not been paid to the petitioner.

Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Treasury Officer, Saran i.e. Respondent No.7 is directed to pay the aforesaid amount to the petitioner within a period of two weeks' from today, failing which the respondent no.7 shall not draw his salary.
The present writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
