The petitioner is accused in connection with Amba P.S. Case No.57 of 2019 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of robbing the pickup van of the informant on the point of pistol by three miscreants. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. In course of investigation co-accused Bhola Singh disclosed the name of Sonu Singh, Pintu Singh and Moti Singh (Petitioner). Except the confessional statement no material has been collected by the I.O. in course of investigation. The petitioner is in custody in the present case since 26.11.2019. In fact the petitioner is accused in two other cases as detailed in para-3 of the petition and due to that reason the petitioner has been implicated in this case by the police.
