The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, in an scuffle between the parties, both the parties have sustained injuries for which case and counter case have been lodged by both the parties. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 15.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.84788 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan, in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 51 of 2019.
