2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barbigha P.S. Case No. 213/24, registered for offence punishable under Sections 4/8 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have committed unnatural sex with six years old grandson of informant. The victim, in his statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution case.

4. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
