The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30/34/35 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. From perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34686 of 2018(2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Natwar P.S Case No. 14 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
