The present writ application has been filed with following reliefs, as stipulated in paragraph no.1 of the petition, which reads as follows:

"(i). For commanding the respondent authorities to take appropriate step to rescind the quiked action of against in Shandh Panchayat Karaipersurai Block Scandal in Seven Sunicliat Scheme.

(ii). Further commandant the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.25501 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 authorities lodge F.I.R. against Mukhiya Panchayat Secretory and all involved authority under Sandh Panchayat in Karaipersurai Block involved on scandal."

Considering the nature of relief prayed for, which requires deliberation of several disputed question of facts, we give liberty to the writ petitioner to file a comprehensive representation before respondent no.5, the District Magistrate, Nalanda within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, stipulating in details all the grievances. On filing of such application, it is expected from respondent no.5, the District Magistrate, Nalanda to pass a reasoned order on the application of the petitioner within a period of six weeks on its filing.
