This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 340 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioners herein having assaulted the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are ready and willing to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82548 of 2019(2) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 abide by whatever conditions which may be deemed fit and proper to be imposed on them for the purposes of grant of anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 340 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It is further directed that the petitioners would mark their attendance before the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station at 10:30 am. on each Monday of the week and in the event of two consecutive defaults, the present privilege of the anticipatory bail shall stand cancelled automatically.
