The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalganj Mahila P.S. Case No. 01 of 2018 registered under Sections 393, 376, 341 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that petitioner asked the informant to perform the marriage with him. Thereafter, she gave information to his family members then family members of petitioner and informant became ready to perform the marriage. On pretest to perform the marriage, petitioner developed the physical relation with her, but later on, family members of petitioner refused to arrange the marriage of petitioner with her and also threatened her of dire consequences, in case of meeting with the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact,

No.42518 of 2018(2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 Sahnaj Begam, mother of the petitioner, has lodged the Complaint Case No. 2524 of 2017 against the informant of the present case and other family members in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, on 18.10.2017 and after inquiry, summons were issued to the informant and her family members due to that reason the informant, who is also an accused in Complaint Case No. 2524 of 2017 lodged the present case on 08.01.2018 with false allegation. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj Mahila P.S. Case No. 01 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
