2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 498A , 504, 506 and 302 of IPC .
3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner was married with daughter of informant in the year 2020. Later on , petitioner and his family members started subjecting her to torture and harassment for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry . It is further alleged that this petitioner along with other coaccused persons assaulted victim due to which she sustained severe injuries and died during course of treatment.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the deceased and he is innocent and has

As a matter of fact, on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner and deceased were going to the house of her elder sister by motorcycle and near Dihara Dam, they met with an accident in which both of them sustained injury and during course of treatment wife of petitioner died.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is direct and specific allegation that he and his family members killed the deceased for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. The deceased died in unnatural circumstances within 7 years of marriage in her matrimonial house .
6. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that deceased died in unnatural condition within 7 years of marriage and other circumstances of the case , prayer for prearrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
