Petitioner in this criminal miscellaneous seeks modification of the order dated 04.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.55698 of 2019. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 04.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.55698 of 2019 but the petitioner could not surrender within four weeks. Petitioner has gone to earn his livelihood. When the petitioner returned, the period of his surrender in the court below had expired.
