2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25 ( 9 ) , 26 and 27 of Arms Act 3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner along with other F.I.R., named accused persons are alleged to have caused firing with illegal arms in the marriage ceremony of the daughter of one Ramdhani Singh .
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of firing is against co-accused Rituraj Singh @ Vikky Kumar. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner . No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is school teacher and has no concern with alleged video or incident. Petitioner

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner. and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Gaya in connection with Tankuppa P.S. case No. 49 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
