2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 190 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2025.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he being the Mama of the co-accused Sachin, has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the victim and Sachin Kumar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88125 of 2025(3) dt.19-03-2026 2/2 have got married and Sachin Kumar has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 2.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81631 of 2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, where the case is pending, in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 190 of 2024. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
