JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-07-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.11.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.50461 of 2017 and there is recovery of 5 kg. of ganja and it appears that petitioner is accused in two other similar type of cases.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody for the last one year and one month and till date trial has not been concluded.

Heard learned APP and from perusal of report it appears that out of five witness three have been examined. Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36285 of 2018 (3) dt.18-07-2018 2/2 the trial by conducting it on regular basis so that trial may be concluded as soon as possible. At the same time, Superintendent of Police, Samastipur is directed to see that the witnesses are produced in court on the date fixed.
