2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hisua P.S Case No. 478 of 2023 from the Court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-V, Nawada registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 and 302 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 38041 of 2024 vide order dated 01.08.2024. He is in custody since 28.08.2023.

4. Earlier prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 38041 of 2024 vide order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.91009 of 2025(2) dt.09-01-2026 2/2 dated 01.08.2024. This time also there is no fresh ground to consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner. So, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected once again.
