2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to grant the benefit of First and Second A.C.P. from 09.08.1999 to 27.02.2006.

3. Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have filed representation vide P/5, P/7 and P/8 but till date no

Patna High Court CWJC No.2192 of 2025(2) dt.13-02-2025 2/2 decision has been taken by the authority, particularly, respondent No.3.

4. Learned Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that State of Bihar has specially framed Special Rule, namely, Bihar Government Servant Redressal Rule, 2019, under which Bihar Government has notified the Service Grievance Redressal Officer, who are bound to entertain the complaint and the channel for deciding the complaint has also been laid down in the said Rule.

5. In this background, the writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioners to avail the remedy under the said Rule of 2019 framed by the Bihar government within 30 days. Respondent No.3 is hereby directed to take a decision through its Service Grievances Redressal Officer within the period specified in the Rule and petitioners are hereby directed to follow the said Rule.
