No. 13586 of 2017 is pending adjudication, the dispute regarding payment of salary as per the recommendation of the 7th Pay Revision Commission is required to be adjudicated in the said writ petition, hence, for the moment, the petitioners are not pressing the present contempt petition.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed.
