JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that, in compliance of this court's order dated 30.01.2018 passed in CWJC No. 1041 of 2018, a decision has been taken by the District Magistrate, Nalanda whereby the petitioner's claim has been rejected by passing an order.

In such view of the matter, the Court is not inclined to proceed in the present matter alleging contempt of court for disobedience of the said order dated 30.01.2018. It goes without saying that the petitioner shall have liberty to question the correctness of the order passed by the District Magistrate, Nalanda in compliance of this Court's order
