The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Khaira P. S. Case No. 102 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner assaulted with sword on the head of the brother of the informant causing grievous injury, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
