JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Buddha Colony P. S. Case No. 436 of 2018 disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 326, 332, 333, 337, 338, 427, 449, 450, 451, 452, 461 and 120-B of IPC and Section 3⁄4 of Damage to Public Property Act.

It appears from the prosecution case that due to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85694 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/3 sudden death of trainee constable and several trainee constables along with unknown miscreants started protest against the higher officer and damaged the vehicles and assaulted some higher officers. Petitioners were identified through CCTV footage.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed and considering the same several accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court, vide order dated 26.07.2019 passed in Criminal Misc No. 46228 of 2019 and order dated 30.07.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 54789 of 2019.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-XVII-cum-A.C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Buddha Colony P. S. Case No. 436 of 2018 with condition that they have to co-operate in the higher authority in any
