Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 122 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of enticing and alluring the daughter of the informant and took her away with an intention to marry with her.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this due to enmity. He is in custody since 11.05.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38311 of 2018(3) dt.13-09-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Nokha (Dharampur) P.S. Case No. 122 of 2018.
