The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged by the informant he entrusted his Auto rickshaw to the petitioner for running it for commercial purposes but he sold the Auto rickshaw to someone.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not even know how to drive an Auto rickshaw. Moreover, there is no documentary evidence that the said auto it has been sold by the petitioner to anyone. A statement has been

Considering the nature of accusation coupled with the statement made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Bhagalpur Kotwali (Jogsar) P.S. Case No. 318 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
