JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-08-2018 The petitioner seeks release of his Tractor and Trailer bearing Reg. Nos. BR-02T-0871 and BR-02W0298 which has been seized in connection with Forest Case No. 95 of 2015.
It has been stated that the Tractor and Trailer have been confiscated and against the order of confiscation, a revision petition has been preferred
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1724 of 2018(3) dt.28-08-2018 2/2 before the statutory authority. The aforesaid revision petition is pending adjudication before the authority concerned for the last two years.
The authority concerned is directed to dispose of the revision petition of the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation, the present petition is disposed of.
