2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections Section 323 , 307, 354 ( B ), , 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant alleged that on 02.02.2024 while informant was working in his house , in the meantime , this petitioner came there and abused and assaulted informant with khanti due to which informant sustained grievous injury . It is further alleged that all the accused persons also assaulted informant and his family members.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. There is no allegation of repetition of assault

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89968 of 2024(3) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2024 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case , period of custody and other circumstances of the case , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Nawada in connection with Kawakole P. S. Case No. 54 of 2024 .
