Petitioner is accused in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 228 of 2019 registered under Sections 363 and 366 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that the victim, in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr. P.C., specifically stated that she went to visit the fair with his brother. She has love affairs with the petitioner last five years. She wanted to marriage with him. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.09.2019.
