Patna High Court CWJC No.203 of 2020(5) dt.26-11-2021 2/2 submits that petitioner may be permitted to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 3 i.e. Principal Secretary, Health Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna. Learned counsel for the State as well as Accountant General, Bihar have got no objection.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 3 / Principal Secretary, Health Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna with regard to prayer no. (III) to the writ application within a period of one month from today and if such representation is filed, the respondent no. 3 i.e. Principal Secretary, Health Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna is directed to dispose of the same by a reasoned order within a further period of four months in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
