The petitioner is in custody in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 614 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No. 1464 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30(a) and 38 (2) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Total 10 liters of liquor was seized. He is in custody since 27.10.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise),
