Mr. Prabhakar Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that despite the order having been passed by this Court to consider the representation of the petitioner for interest over the delayed payment which has occurred on account of laches on the part of the Opposite Partyies, the same has not been considered in a rightful manner.

3. Mr. Ajay Behari Sinha, learned Government Advocate No. 8 submitted that the order under contempt has been complied in its letters and spirit. The Additional Secretary, Health Department has duly considered the claim of the petitioner for interest over the delayed payment. However, on being found no merit, the same has been rejected vide order as contained in Memo No. 601(2) dated 15/04/2025.

4. Having considered the submissions advanced by the learned advocates for the respective parties and taking note of the averments made in the show cause as well as the final order passed by the concerned respondent-opposite party, this Court does not find and reason or occasion to continue with the present proceeding. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands closed.
