2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. From perusal of the report of the Trial Court, it appears that the case is running at the stage of appearance.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.09.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 34083 of 2025. He further submits that there is no likelihood of the completion of the trial in near future. Nothing incriminating

Petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor or the country made pistol recovered from the place of occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2025 and he undertakes to co-operate in the trial. There is no chance of tampering with the evidence or absconding of the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail application of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, report of the Trial Court that case is running for appearance, no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and period of custody undergone, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 30,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-II, Begusarai/concerned Court in connection with Neemachandpura P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025 with further conditions:- (i) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall remain present on each and every date during trial and in his absence on two consecutive dates, the trial court is at liberty to cancel his bail bond.
