Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S.Case No. 59 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 295A, 428, 429, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11(E) of Prevention of Cruelty of Animal Act, 1960.
Allegation as per FIR is that police intercepted a pickup van and from where seized cattle meat and apprehended two accused persons and they have confessed that they have to supply the same to the shop of the petitioner and they are carrying meat from Ladan Miya @ Ladan Khan.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that main accused Ladan Miya, from whom the mean was brought,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41434 of 2018 (2) dt.18-07-2018 2/2 has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 31.10.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 50056 of 2017.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Sugauli P.S.Case No. 59 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
