2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with D.R.I., Patna Unit Case No. 16/2023-24 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 21(c), 23(c) and 29 of the N.D.P.S Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 306.7 gms of heroine was recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. No incriminating articles has been recovered from his possession. Learned counsel further submits that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.11.2023. The petitioner

5. Learned counsel for the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner and has submitted that out of ten, three witnesses have been examined and the recovered heroine is more than commercial quantity.

6. Considering the fact that the trial has started and the huge quantity of heroine recovered from the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
